100% of the Intellectual Property belongs exclusively to the client from commit one. All engineers work under comprehensive work-for-hire assignment agreements, bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and clean-room coding standards. Intelligenie retains zero claims, licensing rights, or repository copies.

Every new engagement includes a two-week assessment window. If an individual specialist or pod configuration fails to meet your technical or cultural criteria during these initial 14 calendar days, we provide an immediate replacement or cancel the engagement with zero penalty fees.
